Support and general questions
For anything about your account, a listing, or how the marketplace works, email hello@notecentral.com. If your question is about a specific note, include the listing link. Many common questions are already answered in the FAQ and the how it works guide.
Reporting a listing
Every listing page has a “Report this listing” link — that's the fastest route, because the report reaches our review queue with the listing attached (you'll need to be signed in so we can follow up). You can also email hello@notecentral.com with the listing link and what looks wrong.

Borrowers
If you're the borrower on a loan and have questions about it being listed here, email privacy@notecentral.com. A note changing hands doesn't change your loan terms, and borrower details are never shown publicly on a listing. Our privacy policyexplains what's protected and the rights you have.
Privacy and data requests
To exercise privacy rights or request account deletion, email privacy@notecentral.com from your account email. Details are in the privacy policy.
