    Analyze the note

    Use the built-in calculator to model your yield at any purchase price, plus investment-to-value / investment-to-balance and a 12-month amortization preview.

    Agree to the NDA

    Agree to a note's per-listing NDA online. ‘Account-holder' notes unlock instantly; ‘seller-approved' notes wait for the seller's go-ahead.

    Unlock & connect directly

    The exact street address and the seller's documents unlock. Reach the seller with their contact details and negotiate and close — off-platform.

For sellers

    List your note

    Enter the economics, classification, terms, and property details. We auto-fill the monthly payment and clearly flag which fields are public vs. private.

    Set privacy & your NDA

    Choose who can unlock the address — anyone with an account, or only requests you personally approve — and set your liquidated-damages amount.

    Add documents

    Upload the note, mortgage / deed of trust, title, and payment history. They're released only to a buyer who has agreed to your NDA (and been approved, if you require approval).

    Review & connect

    Watch requests and messages from your dashboard — approve or deny if you require approval — then talk to buyers directly. You keep 100% of the sale; Note Central never touches the funds.

Anyone can evaluate a note up front. The sensitive details unlock only after the NDA.
