Borrower information

Listings may contain third-party borrower information. Sellers represent they have the right to share it. Such information is treated as confidential and is disclosed only to buyers with an approved NDA on that listing.

How we use information

To operate the marketplace, enable search, and run the NDA workflow.
To deliver buyer–seller contact handoffs.
To process subscriptions, placement, and verification payments.

Sharing

We share information with service providers (hosting, payments, e-signature, email) as needed to operate the platform, and as required by law.

Your choices

You may access, correct, or delete your account information, subject to records we must retain for legal and compliance purposes.
